Bio Term RNA in situ hybridization is A technique that is used to identify the spatial pattern of expression of a particular transcript (usually an mRNA). In this technique, the probe is labeled, either radioactively or by chemically attaching a fluorochrome visualised by fluorescence or an enzyme that can convert a substrate to a visible dye.
